How does the free trial work?

Tutors with Free Registration may apply for up to two tuition opportunities per month.

Based on the parents’ requirements and the tutor’s qualifications, only one tuition opportunity may be offered to a free registered tutor during this period.

If the tutor successfully finalizes the tuition assignment, they will be required to pay the agreed service fee to the academy.

How often tuitions are updated?

Tuition opportunities are updated regularly and shared with tutors based on the specific requirements and preferences of parents and students.

Can I cancel at any time?

Tutors enrolled in the Professional or Premium Pro registration plans are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee if no tuition opportunity is offered to them within one month of successful registration.

However, if at least one tuition opportunity is offered during this period, the registration fee will not be refunded, regardless of whether the tutor accepts or finalizes the tuition assignment.

What to do when i am offered a tuition?

If you are offered a tuition opportunity, you should contact the parent or student as soon as possible. After making contact, please inform the academy about the outcome so we can update the tuition status and provide any further assistance if required.

Home Tutor

Tutors can apply as a home tutor for specific subjects as per their qualifications and experience.

Online Tutors

Tutors who are willing to teach online can also get themselves registered with us for any online teaching opportunity

9 Terms & Conditions
Oxford Tutors Registration Terms:

1. Free tutors may apply for a maximum of 2 tuitions per month.

2. If a tuition is finalized, the tutor must pay the agreed academy service fees.

3. Professional and Premium Pro members receive WhatsApp message notifications in addition to status updates.

4. Premium Pro members will receive their first tuition offer within 15 days of registration.

5. Professional/Premium Pro members can request a 100% refund if no tuition is offered within one month. No refund if a tuition was offered but not finalized.

6. Tutors must contact parents immediately upon being offered a tuition and inform the academy of the outcome.

7. Oxford Tutors reserves the right to suspend accounts found submitting false information.

8. All information is kept confidential and used solely for tuition matching.
